We are hiring for a SAP HANA Architect.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As HANA Service member, the HANA Consultant should possess proven
experience in and good understanding of the following areas:
• HANA In-Memory Platforms
• HANA Certification
• Experience with HANA Modeling and BW on HANA
• Experience creating visualizations in the SAP Business Objects Suite
• Experience and knowledge of SAP ECC
• Data Movement in HANA including Data Services or SLT
• Fosters a culture of co-operation, knowledge sharing, and team integration

• Practice Development
• Delivering successful projects and customer successes
• Knowledge management – identification, codification, cleansing, and mass re-use of IP
• Community development (i.e. formal mentoring program)
• Define/manage/execute critical training events
• Supports Consulting Services Sales and License Sales
• Support of Service Select package offerings (development/positioning/rollout)
• Participating on strategic customer engagements
• Provide specialty consulting services (i.e. roadmap development; assessments, solution (Q/A)
reviews, landscape design, technology optimization etc.)
• Maintaining a high degree of knowledge & understanding of SAP products, SAP sales
tools/processes by ongoing investment in professional & personal development.
• Keep current on new product offerings, release levels, industry issues, methodologies, &
market trends
• Will carry an individual utilization target, but ultimate measure of success is the success of the
HANA solution rollout.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
BS/MS preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of SAP experience
• Possess exceptional interpersonal communication/collaboration skills (verbal, written, and
listening)
• Ability to both innovate and lead
• Have demonstrated Practice Development achievements in the past
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with
people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
• Competence in clear concise and tactful communication
