Carvechi is seeking to hire a Microsoft SCCM Engineer based in Austin Texas.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provide general technical and operational consultation on Microsoft Systems Center
Configuration Manager 2012 and Microsoft SQL Server 2012. Engineer, design, troubleshoot, document and support the latest Microsoft SCCM and SQL products.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012 and 2007 with experience in managing medium to large environments.
Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in current versions of Microsoft SQL
Solid understanding of Microsoft client/server platforms, networking impacts on SCCM architecture, and scripting (Powershell}.
Deploy SCCM Server upgrades and patches
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
7+ years of experience in the design and operation of an enterprise Windows infrastructure
Minimum 3 years of experience in the design, deployment, administration and operation of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007 or 2012 in a large enterprise environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and implementation experience in a large enterprise environment
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange and/or SQL
Experience with Wintel server hardware platforms
Strong PowerShell and scripting skills
VMware ESX Server
SAN technologies
Backup technologies
