Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program and six years of relevant IS or Business unit experience.
Successful candidate must have 4-5 years Healthcare experience supporting large-scale applications especially an integrated Hospital Information System.
Must have strong business analytical skills including: workflow documentation, project management, technical writing skills, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Must have experience in Revenue Cycle, Claim management and EDI and Knowledge of 835 and 837.
Knowledge of Siemens OAS, Patient Management, Patient Accounting and Enterprise Document Management (EDM) is desired.
Candidate will serve as an IT Liaison for Business Units – analyze business needs/perform tasks/communicate feedback to management and user leads.
Must have EDI/Claim management experience.
Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, communication, customer service and leadership skills. Will be expected to assist in managing multiple projects at various levels of complexity. Troubleshoot reported issues, find solutions to and present recommendations to IT management. Analyze and revise existing system logic as needed. Support team effort in automating business and technical processes.
