We are seeking a Business Analyst in Fort Lauderdale
Responsibilities:
Coordination of status and tracker inputs, monitor dashboard and tracker inputs
budget management support including invoice processing, accruals and monthly forecasts
O&E Deployment Tracker coordination and management, tool automation,
Create; develop Power Point presentations for various ongoing initiatives including Education and Outreach,
Take a role in the issue management process for the smart grid.This includes gathering data, updating dashboard, tracking and reporting urgent issues. Must be able to analyze data and prioritize issues.
Participate in the creation of project related deliverables such as project plans, implementation plans, communication plans, and financial models
Responsible for providing high-level administrative research and doing statistical reports, you will also be expected to handle information requests and performing clerical duties such as preparing materials
Qualifications::
Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or Finance.
Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience
Finance and accounting experience
excellent Excel spreadsheet skills
fluency with Microsoft Office
ability to work with a diverse group of people across several departments
high level of business acumen
excellent project management skills
excellent communication skills;
Must be a self started with a “can do” attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, display excellent judgment, and work productively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
