Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Successful candidates must be an experienced systems analyst with a working knowledge of Lawson S3 (Infor) HR/Payroll and Kronos applications. Successful candidate must have 4-5 years Healthcare experience supporting large-scale applications especially an integrated Hospital Information System. Candidate will serve as an IT Liaison for Business Units. Candidate should have strong analytical skills; be familiar with change control and project management. Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, communication, customer service, and leadership skills and will be expected to balance multiple initiatives at various levels of complexity. Support team effort in automating business and technical processes. Must have at least four years’ experience supporting, and/or implementing Lawson (Infor) HR/Payroll initiatives. Highly analytical and creative problem solver, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent oral and written skills with comfort in presenting materials to a wide range of audiences, including executives. Advanced computer skills required in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, BI Tools and Reporting Tools. Candidate will participate in on-call support rotation.
