Position Summary: Carvechi is seeking a technical recruiter who is highly motivated and flexible internal recruiter that is adaptable to rapid change and results oriented to work on our team. This will require someone that can take initiative and work independently. This key position reports directly to the managing partner.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize research techniques (Internet mining, networking, advertising, etc.) to identify high caliber candidates in a timely and cost effective manner for current and anticipated job opportunities.
• Leverage knowledge and experience in recruiting Engagement Managers, Principal Consultants, Program/Project Managers, Business Process Professionals as well as Technology resources.
• Network and build relationships across candidate community which includes active participation in user groups and associations
• Maintain and manage internal relationships by building awareness and credibility with coworkers as a Staffing expert who understands their objectives, needs and delivers results.
• Ability to manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience.
• Own and maintain pipelines of candidates for various skill set areas and talent groups.
Requirements:
• Five years of full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates;
• Deep knowledge and understanding of consultant/client relationships and direct experience in a professional services or management consulting environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to cold call.
• Exceptional planning, process improvement, time management, communication (both written and verbal) and multitasking skills.
• A pipeline and network of active and passive candidates to leverage.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
