Encompass Systems Administrator for support of the new Loan Originations Systems (LOS). Based in
Fort Washington, PA Office.
Skills:
1) Ideal candidate will have past (EllieMae) Encompass 360 administrator experience – either on-premise or hosted solutions.
2) Past experience working in a help desk/applications/network support/user support is a must.
3) Ability to support end users (in-person or over the phone) in trouble shooting Encompass , other third party interface issues.
4) Ability to research the issue( in-house, Encompass tech support, Citrix tech support, internet etc) to arrive at a resolution.
5) Set up user accounts, workflows, user access management (new hires, terminations, role changes etc) including security access
6) Able to run reports from Encompass 360 system
7) Able to configure system if needed to enhance any Loan Origination business process.
8) Monitor and report performance issues to internal IT or 3rd party Encompass 360 team.
9) Think outside the box and propose innovative and/or alternative solutions.
10) Able to deal with fast paced, high pressure and short notice to address multiple user issues.
11) Nice to have: Mortgage origination experience.
