Calyx Support person in Miami with experience in Loan Servicing.
1) Ideal candidate will have past Calyx administrator experience in a Citrix environment.
2) Past experience working in a help desk/applications/network support/user support is a must.
3) Ability to support end users (in-person or over the phone) in trouble shooting the Calyx/Citrix, other third party issues.
4) Ability to research the issue( in-house, Calyx tech support, Citrix tech support, internet etc) to arrive at a resolution.
5) Think outside the box and propose innovative and/or alternative solutions.
6) Able to deal with fast paced, high pressure and short notice to address multiple user issues.
7) Nice to have: Mortgage origination experience.
