We are seeking a senior Director of Compliance with experience in managing a team of Compliance analyst. The position is based in Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
• Manage 4-5 Compliance analysts
• Financial services experience
• Management of operations
• Management of all internal, external and 3rd party audits
• Knowledge of GRC, SSAE16, SOX, Treasury, SEC etc. IT controls and audit structure.
• Compliance reporting and status
• Daily IT Security checklist
• Knowledge of Change Management, User Access Provisioning, SDLC and Project Methodologies.
Requirements:
• 4 year college degree
• Financial Services Background
• Project Management certification (PMP) Desired
• Financial Audit Experience (SOX)
• Management Experience
