SKILLS:
Solution Architect / Analyst ? BW, BW HANA with ABAP and BO Design studio with BO webi
Overall 8+ years of SAP BW/BI with BW HANA, and ABAP experience. SAP BO Design Studio experience a must. Both BW and BO design studio experience a must.
Must have experience in SAP Business Objects 4.X , Design Studio, Analysis for Office.
Experience in Requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Business Analytics solutions
Experience in delivering products using Agile based methodologies.
Designs, analyzes, and develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements. Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques.
Experience with complex relational databases.
Partner with market project team to gather and document business requirements.
Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop BW solutions and implement according to Compliance Guidelines.
Experience in designing the solution and prepare build Specifications.
Test solutions prior to releasing to end users.
Provide recommendations for the correction, enhancement, and/or development of Business Analytic solutions.
Build Relationships and Consult with counterparts both at regional and global level.
Resolve tickets on Time and with Quality.
Domain Skills Requirement:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills, interaction with multinational clients.
Analyze and recommend improvements to current deployed system.
Ability to assess, design and provide solutions to applications in all stages of the SDLC.
Ability to present complex technical constructs to business and non technical users.
Advanced knowledge of distributed, heterogeneous scalable systems design.
Ability to work under tight and strict timelines.
Ability to prepare technical specification based on functional requirement
Experience in Food Industry is a plus

Minimum 5 years business or data analysis
Minimum 4 years Developing in SAP BW
Minimum 3 years working with at least 2 SAP Modules
Minimum 3 years creating functional and technical specifications for Data Warehouse and front end BI projects
Minimum 3 years of BO webi and BO Design studio.
