Responsibilities :
Project Intake
Work with customers and customer representatives to intake requests for functionality or service and input and quality control those requests into tools used by engineering teams for project tracking. Contribute to the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the business and engineering teams.Effectively communicate delivery expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Initiate project expectations with project analysts, project managers and resource managers.
The ideal candidate possesses technical skills and a general understanding of VMware, both wired and wireless networking (Fortigate, Cisco, MPLS, Brocade), load balancing (F5), storage (virtual SAN and NAS multi-tiered environments), MS Exchange, Active directory, DNS, Site Replication

Experience in client-facing projects (not just internal development efforts) Previous experience in a dual-accountability role, both to internal management as well as to the clientFamiliarity with standard project practices and tools. Capable of implementing change management policies, procedures, and best practices. Proven ability to deliver on or before schedule and under pressureComfort in project managing technologists and remote resources.
Required Experience:
A Bachelors Degree is required, graduate degree preferred
Minimum 3+ years IT project management experience is preferred
PMI certification or project management training a plus, as is ITIL certification
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated initiative to stay abreast of current trends
