We are hiring for a Senior Project Manager based in Miami. The position requires the following skill set:
5+ yrs
Project mgmt experience ( not tech specific pm)
Will manage and oversee project including site/building new centers US wide.
Ideally engineering background education wise
Strong pm skills and experience with market expansion, or overseeing a center build out.
Planning phase, making sure building is code, ensure vendors are in place, etc etc etc.
Site planning and analysis.
