We are seeking to hire a Sr. Staff Accountant with extensive work experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Atlas.The position is based in New York, NY
The responsibilities for the Senior Accountant position include:
*Assisting with and/or managing the month-end close process
*Preparation of financial reports
*General ledger maintenance and analysis
*Bank and credit card reconciliation
*Assisting the Controller with ad-hoc projects as needed
The requirements for the Senior Accountant position include:
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
*5+ years of experience with Senior Accountant functions, including those listed above
*Strong experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX is required.
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, including knowledge of vLookups and pivot tables
